The Labconco 711212110 Freezone 12L -84C Console Freeze Dryer, PTFE Coated with Purge Valve, 230V provides a complete lyophilization system for moderate to large sample loads across research, laboratory, and production environments. Its 12-liter collector reaches temperatures down to -84°C, while the PTFE-coated stainless steel collector coil and chamber provide enhanced resistance to corrosive compounds. The console-style configuration features a front viewing window and internal space for the vacuum pump, creating an integrated setup while maintaining convenient access to the system.
Operation is managed through a full-color 5 in. capacitive touchscreen featuring Lyo-Works OS, providing real-time monitoring of collector temperature, vacuum levels, and other system parameters. Programmable operation supports automated startup and run settings, while integrated data logging allows run information to be exported through USB or Ethernet connectivity. A built-in purge valve allows the vacuum pump to be isolated during operation, and the hot gas defrost system simplifies collector defrosting with automatic shutoff.
This system is configured with a brand new Edwards RV8 vacuum pump and brand new 12-port manifold, providing the primary components needed for a complete freeze-drying setup. A mist filter, vacuum tubing and hardware, power cords, and operator's manual are also included to support installation and operation. The complete system is backed by a full 180-day parts and labor warranty from Marshall Scientific.
