The Labconco 700611000 Freezone 6L -50C Console Freeze Dryer provides a complete lyophilization solution for moderate to larger sample loads or applications involving numerous smaller containers. Its upright stainless steel collector coil holds up to 6 liters of ice before defrosting and reaches temperatures down to -50°C, making the system suitable for aqueous samples and general laboratory freeze-drying applications. The console configuration features a front viewing window and interior space for the vacuum pump while providing compatibility with additional drying accessories.
The integrated Lyo-Works OS provides real-time monitoring of collector temperature and vacuum level while supporting flexible programming and control of compatible drying accessories. A vacuum control valve maintains the selected vacuum setpoint to support efficient freeze drying, while one-touch data logging provides useful process information for monitoring runs. A patented moisture sensor provides additional protection by preventing refrigeration or vacuum startup when moisture is detected in the collector chamber area.
This new, unused open-box system is configured with an Edwards RV5 vacuum pump, Labconco 7522800 12-port drying chamber, vacuum tubing and connections, mist filter, and associated setup accessories. The 12-port chamber allows multiple flasks to be connected for simultaneous processing, while the combination of the console freeze dryer and dedicated vacuum pump provides a versatile setup for routine laboratory lyophilization.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
