- Verify power supply and PCB voltage outputs for accuracy and stability
- Inspect display for dim or dead pixels, replacing any compromised segments
- Test full functionality of speed, time, and start/stop buttons
- Confirm proper bidirectional rotation of the pump head
- Examine all internal wiring within the casing for secure and intact connections
- Inspect pump head for any blockages or obstructions that could hinder rotation
- Confirm functionality of the fan, replacing if performance is suboptimal
- Inspect and clean the internal casing to maintain optimal conditions
- Verify RPM of pump head using a NIST-traceable tachometer
- Conduct a cosmetic inspection to ensure all surfaces meet quality standards
