The Welch DryFast 2034 Diaphragm Pump is a chemical-duty vacuum pump designed for reliable operation with solvent, acidic, and basic vapors. Its rugged construction features PTFE heads, perfluoroelastomer valves, and fluorinated plastic wetted surfaces, providing the chemical resistance needed for demanding laboratory and industrial applications. Oil-free operation provides a clean vacuum source while helping minimize routine maintenance and overall operating costs.
The DryFast 2034 provides a free air displacement of 0.9 CFM (25 L/min) at 60 Hz and reaches an ultimate pressure of 9 Torr (12 mbar). A standard fine-tune adjustment knob allows the vacuum level to be controlled for different processes. The pump is particularly suited for evaporation applications involving solvents with atmospheric boiling points up to 110°C, combining adjustable vacuum performance with durable, low-maintenance operation.
