The Vacuubrand PC 3001 Vario Pro Diaphragm Pumping System is a sophisticated and efficient solution for complex evaporations in laboratory settings that require an ultimate vacuum of at least 2 mbar. This system offers self-regulating vacuum control, automatically adapting to changing conditions to ensure fast and bump-free evaporation without the need for programming or constant monitoring. It can complete evaporation or concentration tasks up to 30% faster than traditional electronic controllers while capturing nearly all vapors at the pump. The system includes a computer link on the rear of the controller for process validation and boasts very low energy consumption, a small footprint, and quiet operation.
This pumping system features an integral oil-free diaphragm pump with a corrosion-resistant PTFE flowpath and gas ballast for condensate purging. The CVC3000 vacuum controller provides intuitive control options, including automatic evaporation control and single-point vacuum control, along with the ability to program up to ten multi-step procedures. With improved free air capacity and efficient solvent recovery, this system is an excellent choice for bench-top rotary evaporators, making laboratory work more efficient and productive.

Vacuum Pump Inspection and Recertification Checklist
- Confirm Power Supply and Pcb Are Outputting Correct Voltages
- Empty Existing Oil in Unit and Inspect for Particulates (If Applicable)
- Confirm Relays Are Functioning and Replace as Needed
- Fill With New Pump Oil (If Applicable)
- Clean Internal Diaphragms and Check Valves. Replace as Needed (If Applicable)
- Confirm Appropriate Noise Levels for Pump and Test with A Decibel-Meter
