Water Bath Inspection and Recertification Checklist
- Confirm Power Supply and Pcb Are Outputting Correct Voltages
- Inspect Display and Replace Any Dim/Dead Pixels
- Confirm All Buttons, Knobs, And Switches Are Functioning Properly
- Inspect Water Reservoir for Holes, Rust and Other Damage
- Fill With Water and Confirm Unit Has No Leaks
- Inspect Lid for Any Damage and Replace Hinges and Handle as Needed
- Inspect For Any Internal Leaks Coming from The Water Reservoir
- Inspect Internal Wiring for Any Breakages or Tears. Replace All Underperforming Components.
- Inspect Internal Insulation for Burns or Breaks, And Replace as Needed
- Check Feet and Confirm Bath Is Sitting Balanced
- Calibrate Temperature Accuracy and Temperature Uniformity with Nist Traceable Temperature Probe
- Ensure Cosmetics Are Acceptable
