An intuitive full-color touchscreen simplifies programming and provides convenient access to run information, rotor life, and centrifuge health status. With capacity up to 1.6 L and compatibility with as many as 17 rotor options, the system supports a broad range of workflows, including blood tubes, conical tubes, microplates, and other common laboratory vessels.
Thermo Scientific Auto-Lock Rotor Exchange enables secure, tool-free rotor changes in as little as three seconds, providing quick transitions between applications while allowing full chamber access for cleaning. SMARTSpin imbalance technology automatically optimizes acceleration, braking, and residual load imbalance based on the installed rotor and bucket configuration.
Designed for efficient everyday operation, the Multifuge X1R Pro-MD features a compact, ergonomic design that simplifies sample loading, unloading, and cleaning. Programmable compressor operation and other energy-saving features can reduce energy consumption by up to 40% during standard protocols, while compatibility with lightweight Fiberlite™ carbon fiber rotors can further improve acceleration and deceleration efficiency. Together, its touchscreen controls, extensive rotor selection, automated monitoring, and refrigerated performance make the X1R Pro-MD a versatile solution for demanding laboratory workflows.
All of our equipment is in excellent condition and will be fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
