The Memmert UF110plus Forced Circulation Oven is a 108 L (3.8 cu. ft.) laboratory oven designed for controlled heating and thermal processing applications requiring dependable temperature performance. Forced air circulation from an adjustable air turbine promotes consistent conditions throughout the chamber, while the TwinDISPLAY control system provides two high definition TFT color displays for convenient programming and monitoring. The working temperature range extends from a minimum of 10°C above ambient up to 300°C, providing flexibility for a broad variety of laboratory heating requirements.
Advanced programming and monitoring capabilities give users greater control over temperature, fan speed, air flap position, and process timing. The SetpointWAIT function delays the programmed process time until the required temperature has been reached, while AtmoCONTROL software supports program creation, management, and data transfer through USB or Ethernet. Integrated AutoSAFETY monitoring follows the selected temperature setpoint and provides alarms if conditions move outside the established tolerance range. Additional temperature protection is provided through selectable TWW or TWB monitoring along with a mechanical temperature limiter.
The stainless steel chamber combines deep drawn ribbing with protected large area heating on four sides for durability and straightforward cleaning. A fully insulated stainless steel door with two point locking helps maintain a secure chamber environment during operation. With capacity for up to five shelves and a maximum chamber load of 386.5 lb., the UF110plus provides a versatile platform for demanding laboratory heating workflows.
