IKA MVP 10 Basic Diaphragm Vacuum Pump
The IKA MVP 10 Basic Diaphragm Vacuum Pump is designed for dry, oil-free applications, offering a slimline and compact structure that ensures a long service life. It features easy servicing and simple maintenance, making it highly efficient for regular use. This pump is particularly resistant to chemicals, thanks to its construction with all gas-contacting parts made from PTFE or PTFE compounds. It boasts a maximum pumping speed of 28.3 L/min (1.7 m³/h) and achieves an ultimate vacuum of 7 mbar (5.25 Torr), which can extend to 15 mbar (11.25 Torr) with gas ballast. Additionally, the pump has two suction levels, utilizes two cylinders, and operates within an input pressure range of 7 to 1050 mbar. Connections for inlet and outlet are both 10 mm, and it operates at a maximum motor speed of 1,680 RPM with a noise level of 65 dBA, ensuring quiet operation.

Vacuum Pump Inspection and Recertification Checklist

- Empty Existing Oil in Unit and Inspect for Particulates (If Applicable)
