Branson CPX5800 Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner
Frequency
40 kHz
Tank Capacity
9.5 L / 2.5 gallons
Digital Timer
0 to 99 Minutes
- Sweep frequency eliminates standing waves and creates consistent cavitation throughout the tank.
- 40 kHz rugged industrial transducers.
- 99-minute digital timer with continuous ultrasonic operation.
- Last stored parameters are recalled when unit is turned back on.
- Controls are located above and behind the cleaning tank in an easily accessible control tower panel, and raised above the tank to avoid damage from cleaning solutions.
- Convenient built-in pour drains are featured on .5- and .75-gallon models. Tank drains with valves are incorporated on models 1.5-gallon and larger.
- Plastic body, chemical-resistant.

The Branson CPX5800 Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner provides versatile ultrasonic cleaning with digital controls designed to maintain consistent performance across changing bath conditions and load sizes. Power tracking automatically adjusts ultrasonic output as liquid level and temperature change, helping provide uniform cleaning results during routine laboratory use. Users can select full power for standard applications or reduce output to 70% when working with more delicate components.
Beyond general cleaning, the CPX5800 supports a variety of laboratory processes including liquid degassing, sample preparation, mixing and homogenization, dissolving solids, cell lysis, and particle dispersion. The programmable degassing cycle can be set for up to 99 minutes, providing added flexibility for applications requiring extended processing.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
The Branson CPX5800 Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner includes:
- Tank Cover
- Power Cord
- Operator's Manual
- Full 180 Day Parts and Labor Warranty
