The BioTek ELx405HTV2SM Microplate Washer is an automated 96-well microplate washer designed for standard ELISAs as well as magnetic bead-based assays and multiplex applications. The system includes magnetic plate functionality that holds compatible plastic-coated metal beads at the bottom of the microwells during aspiration and soaking cycles, helping retain the bead-based substrate throughout the washing process. Magnetic beads are not included.
The ELx405HTV2SM provides programmable control over aspiration, dispensing, fluid volumes, flow rates, shaking, and soaking for consistent assay processing. Extensive onboard software supports up to 75 protocols, while a built-in ultrasonic cleaning system and pre-programmed maintenance routines help minimize manifold clogging and simplify routine upkeep. Fluid detection, flow, and vacuum monitoring further support dependable operation for routine and higher-throughput 96-well plate washing workflows.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
