The Benchmark BV1010 BenchMixer XL Multi-Tube Vortexer is a heavy-duty vortex mixer designed for hands-free processing of tubes, flasks, vials, cylinders, and other laboratory vessels. Its adaptable platform supports both horizontal and vertical configurations, making it well suited for QuEChERS pesticide analysis and other medium to high-throughput workflows. A precisely balanced drive system and oversized motor provide smooth, reproducible mixing with minimal vibration and rattle-free operation.

The large platform accommodates a variety of standard pre-drilled tube racks and can be adapted for additional vessel types as laboratory needs change. Digital controls provide straightforward adjustment of mixing speed and run time, while programmable pulsing enables timed interval mixing for increased agitation. Once samples are secured and operating parameters are selected, the BenchMixer XL can perform unattended mixing for extended workflows, helping simplify repetitive sample preparation.
