MJ Research PTC-200 Thermal Cycler w/ 384 Well Alpha Block
The MJ Research PTC-200 Thermal Cycler utilizes interchangeable sample blocks and heat pump assemblies, which allow the user to change format easily between runs while retaining NIST-traceable accuracy. This PTC-200 comes with a 384 well block and can accommodate 60 well blocks, 96-well alpha block, dual 48 well blocks, and many others, including specialty blocks like the insitu. The precise Peltier effect heat pumps deliver the full temperature range of 0 to 100C electronically, all in a compact, small-footprint instrument. The MJ Research PTC-200 offers speedy ramping rates of up to 3.0/sec in models that hold 0.2ml tubes or V-well plates. It also features unparalleled temperature homogeneity of 0.4C within 30 seconds of arrival at 60C for all standard models. The PTC-200 has a large memory and amiable software that allows control over virtually every thermal parameter.
The MJ Research PTC-200 is in excellent condition and will be fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
The MJ Research PTC-200 Thermal Cycler w/ 384 Well Alpha Block includes:
- > 384-Well Alpha Block
- > NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate
- > Power Cord
- > Operator's Manual
