A water level sensor indicates when a refill is needed via a convenient prompt on the touchscreen display to avoid the desiccation of important cultures. This pan-less system helps reduce handling and provides recovery rates up to five times faster than ordinary tray humidified incubators. This incubator also features the ContraCon 90°C moist heat sterilization cycle, which is an on-demand routine that is proven effective in eliminating bacteria, molds, fungal spores and mycoplasma. The ContraCon system simplifies cleaning and minimizes variability in disinfection.
