Yamato DKN-400 Programmable Mechanical Convection Oven
The Yamato DKN-400 Programmable Mechanical Convection Oven is renowned for its exceptional performance and user-friendly operation, making it an ideal choice for validation work within a temperature range of Ambient +5°C to 260°C. It boasts a comprehensive set of features, including a full-size microprocessor controller with a large, bright 3-character LED display for simple operation, and three calibration functions (auto-tune, calibration offset, and zero-span calibration) to significantly reduce temperature fluctuations. Safety and efficiency are at the forefront of the DKN-400's design, with built-in self-diagnostic safety functions, audible and visual alarms, and overtemperature protection.
This oven is capable of meeting a wide range of laboratory needs with its PID temperature controller for precise temperature management, 30-step programmable operations including auto-start/stop, ramp, and soak modes, and a quick heat-up time of 60 minutes from Ambient to 260°C. Additionally, the oven features 2” thick rock wool insulation, a 1-inch exhaust port, a secure push-button door, and a large observation window. The aerodynamic design minimizes external footprint and improves laboratory workspace efficiency, while the corrosion-resistant type 304 stainless steel interior ensures durability.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory
specifications before being shipped.
