The Wescor Cytopro 7620 Cytocentrifuge sets the standard for consistent performance and convenience in a cytocentrifuge. The patented Cytopro system is a complete, integrated system including an instrument console with touch pad controls and an eight-station cytocentrifuge rotor. Users have the choice of utilizing single or double chambers, each giving the same excellent results within the eight stations. The dual sample chambers’ advanced design places two samples on the same slide for increased efficiency and economy, providing the same excellent results as the single sample chambers. The single chambers feature dual sample ports, with one in the sample well and one in the tunnel, allowing users to introduce pre-wetting fluids and making in situ fixation easy and reliable.

As the process begins, the cell suspension is pipetted into the sample well or the tunnel. As the rotor starts spinning, centrifugal force moves the suspension towards the slide. Cells sediment onto the slide as the Cytopad absorbs the suspension medium. Cytopads come in two absorption speeds that are color-coded for ease of use (not included). The white pad is for faster absorption of thick debris-filled suspension fluids. The brown pad is for slower absorption of thin fluids such as cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) where slower flow enhances cell recovery. The Wescor Cytopro 7620 Cytocentrifuge puts unsurpassed ease of use, maximum flexibility, and safety at the user’s command.

All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
