VWR Symphony CO2 Incubator w/ Sterilization Cycle, Cat. #: 98000-362
The VWR Symphony CO2 Incubator w/ Sterilization Cycle, Cat. #: 98000-362 is a state-of-the-art cell culture incubator that combines advanced technology with user-friendly features. This incubator has a spacious 5.3 cubic feet (151L) volume and operates within a temperature range from Ambient +3°C to 55°C, ensuring a stable and uniform temperature environment (± 0.6°C at 37°C for uniformity, and ± 0.1°C at 37°C for stability). It is equipped with a Thermal Conductivity (TC) CO2 sensor, supporting a CO2 range of 0 to 20%. A key feature of this model is its integral 90°C moist heat high-temperature decontamination cycle, which has been proven effective in eliminating a wide range of contaminants. The sterilization cycle efficiently maintains 90°C on all internal surfaces for 25 hours, ensuring thorough decontamination. This process has been validated by independent laboratory tests for its efficacy against various contaminants.
The incubator utilizes advanced air-jacketed temperature control technology, ensuring an optimal and stable environment for cell and tissue cultures. This design not only provides low maintenance but also offers a lighter alternative to traditional water-jacketed models. The unique pan-less humidity water reservoir improves recovery characteristics and cell growth, enhancing the overall incubation process. For user convenience, the incubator features internal shelves and supports that can be easily installed and removed without tools. The sterilization cycle can be initiated with a simple button press. The user interface is designed for ease of use, with large LED displays for temperature and CO2 parameters, touch-sensitive membrane controls, and an intuitive control panel. This provides clear status updates on incubator functions and parameters. Additionally, the incubator includes a fully automated start-up routine, allowing quick and efficient setup. Its intuitive interface and simplified control panel make it easy to use, suitable for a wide range of laboratory settings. All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
