This oven includes an RS-232C interface for easy monitoring and control via a PC, along with a digital backlit LCD display for clear readings. Additional features include a timer up to 99 hours and 59 minutes with both delay and continuous functions, a quick heating time of 18 minutes to 100°C, and a recovery time of 5 minutes to 100°C after the door is opened for 30 seconds. The oven also includes a locking mode to prevent unintended temperature adjustments, enhancing its functionality and security.
