VWR 5015 CO2 Incubator
The VWR 5015 CO2 Incubator serves as a general purpose CO2 incubator, making it an ideal solution for industrial protocols, biological research, and environmental studies that demand accurate and repeatable results. The VWR 5015 features a capacity of 6.0 cu. ft. (170L), along with a temperature range of Ambient +5C to 70C. With temperature control of 0.1C and a temperature uniformity of 0.25C at 37C, the user can be confident in reaching the desired temperatures with accuracy and precision.
The VWR 5015 CO2 Incubator also features over temperature protection, with an independent overtemperature thermostat guarding against any failure of the main controller which would allow temperature to rise above the set point. An "OVERTEMP" light will illuminate on the control panel to alert the user that this thermostat has been activated. With a stainless steel interior, the VWR 5015 allows for easy cleaning and improved corrosion resistance.

- Conduct a detailed inspection of all internal wiring for frays, tears, or breakages; replace any compromised wires to ensure safe and reliable connections
- Verify that software settings align with the internal components and calibration specifications, adjusting configurations as needed for accurate operation

- Calibrate CO₂ level to 5% using a Fyrite combustion test kit (if applicable), ensuring precise atmospheric conditions
- Monitor temperature and CO₂ stability over a 24-hour period, verifying consistent operation within specified ranges
- Conduct a thorough cosmetic inspection to confirm all external surfaces and components meet quality standards, free from visible damage or wear
