Thermo Scientific Lab-Line Hi-Temp 6251 Vacuum Oven, 240V
The Thermo Scientific Lab-Line Hi-Temp 6251 Vacuum Oven, 240V, excels in applications like general drying, conditioning, curing, desiccating, annealing, and moisture tests. Designed for both low and high-temperature operations, it features a 304 stainless-steel work chamber that prevents contamination and withstands corrosion from chemically active vapors. Its radiant warm wall heaters are mounted on the chamber's exterior, optimizing space within and ensuring safety by avoiding open wire heaters. The oven offers superior temperature uniformity (± 1°C at 100°C) with a range from Ambient +10°C to 280°C, and precise temperature control (± 1°C).
For enhanced visibility and monitoring, the oven has a glass window on the door and comes equipped with an adjustable chrome-plated shelf that facilitate effective heat transfer and is easy to clean. The robust, powder-coated heavy-gauge steel exterior and stainless-steel interior chamber and tubing enhance durability and performance. A unique dual-electronic control system, the Safety Sentinel, safeguards against overheating. Operational convenience is bolstered by front-panel controls including purge gas and vacuum control valves, a vacuum gauge, and a programmable temperature control. The vacuum range stretches from atmosphere to 30" Hg, making it ideal for a variety of lab applications. This vacuum oven is an essential tool for researchers needing reliable and efficient heat processing while maintaining sample integrity. Please Note: An external vacuum pump is required for operation and is NOT included. This oven operates at 240V only.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
