Sorvall RC5C Plus Refrigerated Centrifuge
The Sorvall RC5C Plus Refrigerated Floor Centrifuge offers a user-friendly interface for large-capacity efficient centrifugation. The refrigeration system on the RC5C Plus offers temperatures from -20C to +40C with an automatic temperature compensation system and auto slow start and stop for rate control. Reach speeds up to 21,000 RPM with maximum RCF of 51,427 x g. This high-performance centrifuge combines the flexibility of microprocessor control with the durability, reliability, and convenience of a heavy-duty, direct-drive motor system. All of our equipment is in excellent condition and will be fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped. - Confirm the power supply output voltages match specified requirements for stable distribution to all internal components

- Inspect the condensation drain and clear any clogs to prevent moisture buildup in the rotor chamber
- Verify RPM accuracy using an NIST-traceable tachometer and perform calibration as necessary
- Check the centrifuge error log to ensure zero recorded issues, confirming system reliability
