The Sakura Tissue-Tek DRS 2000 Automatic Slide Stainer is a highly efficient instrument designed for the automated staining of paraffin-embedded, frozen, and cellular specimens mounted on glass slides. It offers the flexibility of handling up to 40 slides simultaneously in two baskets, and for larger workflows, it can accommodate continuous operation with up to 11 basket sets, supporting up to 440 slides. The device allows the storage of up to 20 different staining programs, each with the possibility of 50 individual steps, catering to various staining requirements. Additionally, users can store up to 100 different solution names and 50 different staining program names, facilitating easy setup and repeatability. The stainer is compatible with facility tap water supplies requiring a dynamic pressure between approximately 1.0 to 4.5 kgf/cm² and can handle a maximum static pressure up to 8.5 kgf/cm². Its efficient gravity drain system supports a flow rate of 15L/min, ensuring quick and effective fluid disposal.
