Panasonic MCO-170AICUVL-PA CO2 Incubator
Temperature Range Ambient +5°C to 50°C
- Rotor chamber and housing constructed with steel plates while the front panel is made of high-impact resistant plastic.
- Centrifuge lid is equipped with a view port and a lock.
- The integrated rotor detection systems ensures that no inadmissible speed settings can be preselected.
- Electronic imbalance recognition.
- Maintenance-free induction motor ensures quiet and low-vibration operation at high speeds.
The Panasonic MCO-170AICUVL-PA CO2 Incubator’s delivers exceptional ease of use, effortless cleaning and maintenance as well as outstanding performance with a temperature range from Ambient +5°C to 50°C. The patented Direct Heat and Air Jacket system works with the IR2 sensor to provide precise temperature and CO2 levels, respectively. The included Incu-Safe and SafeCell UV features function together to control contamination. The Incu-Safe copper enriched, stainless-steel alloy offers germicidal properties of elemental copper without corrosion or discoloration, while the SafeCell isolated UV lamp decontaminates circulated air and the humidity water reservoir without harming the cultured cells. A color LCD touchscreen delivers full control, even with gloved hands, while a standard USB port makes log data transfer to PC convenient. This Control panel interface allows for easy programming of temperature, CO2 and other internal conditions of the incubator. The CO2 incubator offers integrated shelf channels with minimal parts for easy cleaning. The proprietary Dual Filter IR sensor achieves ultrafast CO2 recovery without overshooting, even following multiple door openings. This incubator also features multiple different alarms for power failure, temperature deviation, gas deviation, empty gas supply, and open door. The MCO-170AICUVL-PA is designed for demanding and regulated applications in biomedical, pharmaceutical, medical research and clinical laboratory applications.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.

- Inspect the display for any dim, flickering, or dead pixels, replacing any affected areas to maintain full readability and operational clarity
- Thoroughly examine external regulators for any signs of damage, wear, or malfunction (if applicable), replacing any compromised parts
- Inspect temperature, CO₂, and H₂O sensors (if applicable), ensuring each sensor is functioning correctly and accurately reporting conditions
- Conduct a detailed inspection of all internal wiring for frays, tears, or breakages; replace any compromised wires to ensure safe and reliable connections
- Verify that software settings align with the internal components and calibration specifications, adjusting configurations as needed for accurate operation
- Inspect and clean the fan, ensuring it is free from dust or obstructions; replace if performance is below required standards
- Examine wheels and leveling mounts for structural integrity, ensuring proper balance and stability for safe operation
- Inspect door gaskets and latches for any signs of wear or damage, replacing if necessary to maintain a secure seal and optimal environmental control
- Calibrate temperature accuracy at 37°C using a NIST-traceable probe, confirming it meets required tolerances
- Calibrate CO₂ level to 5% using a Fyrite combustion test kit (if applicable), ensuring precise atmospheric conditions
- Monitor temperature and CO₂ stability over a 24-hour period, verifying consistent operation within specified ranges
- Conduct a thorough cosmetic inspection to confirm all external surfaces and components meet quality standards, free from visible damage or wear
