New Brunswick Innova 42 Incubator Shaker
The New Brunswick Innova 42 Incubator Shaker is a high-capacity, space-efficient lab device that operates within a speed range of 25 to 400 RPM and temperature range of Ambient +10°C to 80°C. Designed for ergonomic and safe use, the Innova 42 features top-mounted controls and display, eliminating the need for bending down and preventing accidental parameter changes. It is easy to clean, thanks to a spill diverter and a built-in, drainable spill pan with rounded corners, which also serves as a water reservoir to reduce sample evaporation. The unit offers lab position flexibility, being stackable and suitable for placement on or under benches. It includes a large viewing window and internal light for easy sample monitoring without opening the door.
This incubator shaker is reliable for 24/7 operation even under high loads, thanks to its proven Innova triple eccentric counterbalanced drive, supporting a maximum load of 15 kg. It offers programmability with continuous, timed, or multi-step programming (15 steps), and can store up to four programs. The Innova 42 features a speed control accuracy of ± 1 RPM and speed display in 1 RPM increments. It also provides a temperature uniformity of ± 0.25°C at 37°C and an accuracy of ± 0.1°C at 37°C. Additional features include a 0.1 to 99.9 hours timer or continuous operation, a 1 in. (2.5 cm) orbit, and alarms for deviations in speed and temperature, as well as expired timers. The device's triple-eccentric counterbalanced drive is complemented by nine permanently lubricated ball bearings, and it uses a long-life, low-watt density resistance-type heater with a high-temperature thermostat. The platform measures 18 x 18 in. (46 x 46 cm), further enhancing its utility in various laboratory settings.
All of our equipment will be fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
