The New Brunswick Galaxy 170S CO2 Incubator Dual Stack w/ Sterilization Cycle is designed to and serves to provide stable and homogeneous atmosphere required for cell culture by controlling temperature and carbon dioxide for cultivating samples and cells from biological laboratories. This incubator is microprocessor-controlled and is designed to ensure accurate and reliable operation, with a sophisticated control system that allows for easy programming, control, and monitoring of chamber conditions. A direct heating system, utilizing a thermal heating element, surrounds the incubator, providing an even temperature within the chamber with a range from Ambient +4°C to 50°C. The independently and directly heated outer door is designed to ensure an even distribution of heat. A solid-state infrared sensor is used to control the level of CO2, providing excellent reliability, while remaining unaffected by humidity. The New Brunswick Galaxy 170S CO2 Incubator Dual Stack w/ Sterilization Cycle incorporates a two-level alarm system. The system alarms occur only if a problem develops with system components that require user intervention to rectify. The incubator also incorporates an over-temperature safety system that operates independently from the main control system. This Galaxy 170S model also features a high-temperature disinfection cycle, which quickly and conveniently disinfects the incubator's chamber at 120°C, without the need to remove interior components or the CO2 sensor. This cycle holds the temperature for 4 hours, and then cools the chamber down to 37°C or the programmed target temperature. All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
