MJ Research PTC-240 Gradient Thermal Cycler
The MJ Research PTC-240 Gradient Thermal Cycler has a
thermal accuracy of
0.3C of programmed target at 90C and a thermal
uniformity of
0.4C well-to-well within 30 seconds of arrival at 90C. With a
expeditious ramping speed of up to 3C per second and an equipped sample capacity of four
96 well alpha blocks. The PTC-240 can accommodate multiple blocks, such as 384 well, 60 well, 96 well, and dual 48 well blocks, among many others, including specialty blocks like the insitu. The MJ Research PTC-240 Gradient Thermal Cycler is ideal
for labs with high throughput PCR applications. Ports include one 25-pin 8-bit
parallel interface printer port and one RS-232 serial port.
The MJ Research PTC-240 is one of
the most desired thermal cycling systems on the market to date. This robust PCR
has the ability to run four blocks simultaneously. The MJ Research PTC-240
Gradient Thermal Cycler is also available with different alpha block options.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory
specifications before being shipped.
The MJ Research PTC-240 Gradient Thermal Cycler includes:
- > Four 96 Well Alpha Blocks
- > Power Supply
- > Calibration Report
- > Power Cord
- > Full 180 Day Parts and Labor Warranty
