MJ Research PTC-200 Thermal Cycler with Dual Slide Alpha Block
The MJ Research PTC-200 Thermal Cycler utilizes interchangeable sample blocks and heat pump assemblies, which allow the user to change format easily between runs while retaining NIST-traceable accuracy. This PTC-200 comes with a Dual Insitu Alpha Block for holding slides, but can also accommodate 60 well blocks, 96 well blocks, dual 48 well blocks, and 384 well blocks. The installed precise Peltier-effect heat pumps are designed for repeated cycling and deliver a full temperature range of 0 to 100C electronically. The compact PTC-200 has speedy ramping rates of up to 3.0/sec in models that hold 0.2ml tubes or V-well plates, along with unparalleled temperature homogeneity of 0.4C within 30 seconds of arrival at 60C for all standard models.
