Labconco 4420330 FlaskScrubber Glassware Washer, Undercounter with Window, 115V, 60Hz
The FlaskScrubber Glassware Washer is designed to wash and dry narrow-neck and general purpose labware. The included open upper and lower racks can hold up to 36 pieces each of narrow-neck glassware such as volumetric flasks (removeable spindles not included with racks). Water and detergent are pumped through the spindles to reach the innermost areas of the glassware, ensuring an efficient clean. Following this, forced air drying through the spindles ensures thorough drying inside and out. The FlaskScrubber Glassware Washer allows for the user to select pre-programmed wash cycles or program customized wash cycles to meet application requirements. Wash cycles may be programmed to provide steam and the use of purified water in the rinse cycles, allowing the user to choose the best conditions possible for their glassware. Also featured on the 4420330 Undercounter model is a tempered safety glass viewing window, to allow the user to visually monitor the operation of the washer. Features
- Achieve higher water temperatures for enhanced washing, faster drying, and sanitizing
- LCD information center for customizing cycles and monitoring operations, including internal water temperature (°C or °F) and alarms
- High water circulation rates for thorough cleaning: 96 gal/min. (363L/min.) when operated on 115V, 60Hz
- Dual pumps: one for washing and one for draining, to reduce potential for cross-contamination
- Built-in purified water pump brings unpressurized or pressurized purified water into tank for up to six pure water rinses
- Built-in steam generator produces hot vapor to penetrate and remove dried residue for cleaner glassware
- Manual-fill dispensers for detergent (powder or liquid) or rinse aid solution
- Two user-set cycle programs
- User-set delayed start (up to 8 hours)
- Optional tempered safety glass viewing window
- Environmentally Friendly: Item contains environmental attributes or features (e.g. water conserving, lead-free, etc.) as described in the item detail
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
