Labconco 4400430 SteamScrubber Glassware Washer, freestanding with window, 115V, 60Hz
The SteamScrubber Glassware Washers have stainless steel top and bottom racks that accommodate basket inserts for a wide variety of beakers and other wide-mouth laboratory glassware. Specialized inserts for BOD bottles, petri dishes, culture tubes and small utensils make the SteamScrubber versatile. It can accommodate Upper and Lower Spindle Racks (for forced air drying see FlaskScrubber washers). Features
- Achieve higher water temperatures for enhanced washing, faster drying, and sanitizing
- LCD information center for customizing cycles and monitoring operations, including internal water temperature (C or °F) and alarms
- High water circulation rates for thorough cleaning: 96 gal./min. (363L/min.) when operated on 115V 60Hz, and 112 gal./min. (424L/min.) on 230V 50/60Hz
- Dual pumps: one for washing and one for draining, to reduce potential for cross-contamination
- Built-in purified water pump brings unpressurized or pressurized purified water into tank for up to six pure water rinses
- Built-in steam generator produces hot vapor to penetrate and remove dried residue for cleaner glassware
- Manual-fill dispensers for detergent (powder or liquid) or rinse aid solution
- Two user-set cycle programs
- User-set delayed start (up to 8 hours)
- Optional tempered safety glass viewing window with 25w interior light

- Verify touchscreen functionality (if applicable), ensuring consistent response across all touch points.
- Check the door seal and lock for airtight closure and secure operation, replacing any compromised parts.
- Inspect rubber hoses for wear, tears, or cracks, replacing any that compromise system integrity.
- Inspect for internal or external leakage, addressing and sealing any detected points of vulnerability.
- Check all wiring for integrity, inspecting for frays, tears, or breakages, and replace compromised sections.
- Run the system in continuous cycle mode, monitoring for operational errors to ensure reliable performance.
- Confirm all sensors are activated and responsive using internal diagnostics, recalibrating or replacing any faulty ones.
- Conduct a cosmetic inspection of external surfaces, verifying cleanliness and addressing visible wear to meet standards.
