Engineered with durable Type 304 stainless steel, the washer ensures long-term reliability and resistance to wear and corrosion. Its spacious interior features upper and lower standard racks designed to accommodate a variety of basket inserts, making it versatile enough for test tubes, culture tubes, small utensils, BOD bottles, and petri dishes. The freestanding design, paired with adjustable leveling feet, ensures ADA-compliance and adaptability to various lab setups. Featuring CleanWorks OS, this washer offers a 5-inch full-color touchscreen interface for complete control over wash parameters. Users can select from nine factory-set programs or create up to 200 user-defined programs to tailor the cleaning process to specific needs. The forced air drying system, programmable up to 240 minutes, ensures glassware is dried thoroughly at temperatures ranging from 25 to 80°C (77 to 176°F). With additional features such as an electronic door latch with SpeedVent Technology for faster drying, and a pump rated at 112 gal/min for reliable washing performance, the SteamScrubber is built to handle the demands of a modern laboratory.
