IKA RV 10 Digital Rotary Evaporator System
The IKA RV 10 Digital Rotary Evaporator System is a versatile piece of laboratory equipment designed for efficient evaporation processes. This rotary evaporator can accommodate a maximum flask size of 3 liters and offers a rotation speed range from 20 to 270 RPM. With its digital rotation speed display, motorized lift with a stroke displacement of 140mm, and lower end stop setting at 60mm, this system provides precise control and contact-free positioning for optimal evaporation results. The brushless DC drive motor ensures quiet and efficient operation, while the smooth start feature minimizes sample bumping and foaming. The IKA RV 10 Digital Rotary Evaporator System also includes the IKA HB 10 Control Heating Bath and the IKA MVP 10 Basic Vacuum Pump. The heating bath has a heating capacity of 1,300W and a temperature range from Ambient to 180°C, providing a stable and controlled environment for evaporation. The microcontroller-based controller ensures precise temperature control with an accuracy of 1K and a control deviation of ± 1K. The MVP 10 Basic Vacuum Pump, with a flow rate of 1.7 m^3/h (28.3 L/min) and an ultimate vacuum of 7 mbar, efficiently removes evaporated solvents from the system. This rotary evaporator system overall offers precise control, reliable performance, and efficient evaporation capabilities.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
