This GE AKTA Explorer 100 FPLC System is in excellent condition and has passed all tests for full functionality. These tests included: linking the unit to the Unicorn 5.31 operating system, testing flow rate accuracy of P-900 Pump, testing operation of pressure sensor in P-900 and P-950, leak-testing P-900 and P-950, testing UV-900 Monitor with Nal test solution, testing pH/C-900 for functional communication with pH probe and Conductivity Cell, testing functionality of the 925 Sensor, testing motor valves, and testing the Frac-950 for functionality through manual commands. Configured setup for detection is UV Absorbance, pH, and Conductivity. Fraction collection is through the Frac-950.
