The Fisher Scientific Isotemp Hotplate Stirrer Cat: 11-800-49SH was designed with function, reliability, and safety in mind, intended for general indoor laboratory procedures. The 7 x 7 inch ceramic top hot plate is easy to clean, resists acids and alkalis, and stays flat even at maximum temp for uniform heating. Its reflective white surface allows for easy visualization of contrasts within your samples, and the hot top indicator lights when the temperature of the surface is above 40°C & is no longer safe to touch. The Fisher Scientific Isotemp Hotplate Stirrer’s sturdy base is constructed of cast-aluminum, enhancing its stability on the benchtop. Temperature can be displayed in °C or °F, and easily set by controls on the front panel, along with the stirring speed. Both set and actual temp & stirring speed are displayed, during and after operation. The Fisher Scientific Isotemp Hotplate Stirrer automatically adjusts motor strength to accommodate aqueous, viscous, or semi solid solutions, making it ideal for all your laboratory needs.
