The Eppendorf 5305 Vacufuge Plus Vacuum Concentrator Complete System with Built-in Diaphragm Pump, model 5305, was designed with the customer in mind to deliver an ergonomic, intuitive and durable solution that fits comfortably right on the lab bench. The advanced heating technology provides best treatment for your sample which assures quick, efficient and gentle vacuum concentration of DNA/RNA, nucleotides, proteins and other liquid or wet samples. Our new coated lid provides superior chemical resistance against aggressive acids and organic solvents. (Emission Condenser is not included with this system)All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.

- Verify full functionality of all buttons, confirming consistent responsiveness
- Examine the acrylic or glass lid for any cracks or chips, ensuring safety and integrity
- Check the vacuum chamber seal for any tears or cracks that could impact pressure retention
- Test chamber lid functionality, confirming all micro switches report a consistent .04 Ohms
- Verify external connections to the pump or cold trap, ensuring they are properly sealed and leak-free
- Inspect and clean the internal fan and condenser (if applicable) for efficient cooling and airflow
- Examine all internal wiring for frays or breakages, confirming secure and intact connections
- Test motor functionality, replacing motor or bearings if performance is compromised
