The Eppendorf Thermomixer 5350 Mixer provides accurate mixing and temperature control for up to 24 microtube samples of 1.5/2ml. This unit features a short mix function, compact design, quiet operation, and high stability even at top mixing frequency. Temperatures from 4°C above ambient to 99°C with speeds from 300 to 1,400 RPM. Applications include enzyme reactions, transformation, denaturation of DNA, RNA, and proteins, cultivation of bacteria and yeasts, bead technology, plasmid isolation, and isolating DNA fragments from agarose gels. The Thermomixer is in excellent condition, and all of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
