Eppendorf 6321 Mastercycler Pro Gradient Thermal Cycler
The Eppendorf 6321 Mastercycler Pro Gradient Thermal Cycler is a state-of-the-art device designed for efficient and precise PCR protocols. Offering a thermal range of 4°C to 99°C for its block and 37°C to 110°C for the lid, the system ensures high accuracy and uniformity in temperature control. It boasts a rapid heating rate of 4°C/sec and cooling rate of 3°C/sec thanks to the Triple Circuit Technology, ensuring quick yet even temperature distribution. Its SteadySlope Technology ensures that the heating and cooling ramp rates for thermal modules are identical in both gradient and normal operation. Users can expect identical temperature control characteristics in both optimization and routine experiments, as well as a reliable transfer of the optimization results to the routine application.
The Mastercycler Pro has a sample capacity of 96 x 0.2 ml PCR tubes or a 96-well PCR plate and provides memory storage for up to 700 programs organized into 100 folders. One of its standout features is the vapo.protect heated lid, which evenly applies pressure to tubes or plates, effectively minimizing evaporation. This coupled with its TSP technology ensures optimal sample protection by maintaining the thermoblock at 20°C during the lid heating phase, thus reducing non-specific product formation risks. Users can also utilize the built-in self-test function to ensure the thermoblock's proper functionality, and it’s conveniently controlled via a dedicated control panel or the PC software CycleManager pro. With its compact dimensions, robust design, and advanced features, this thermal cycler is ideal for both routine and specialized PCR applications.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
