The Eppendorf 5427R Refrigerated Centrifuge 5427R has an aerosol-tight 48-place rotor
increases productivity and can handle though challenges in a safe and reliable
manner at a maximum speed of 25,000 x g. The rotors are equipped with the Eppendorf
Quick Lock lids for ease of opening and closing the rotor lid requiring only a
quart turn. Plus, for operational safety there is automatic rotor recognition
and imbalance detection. The lid will lock automatically with a soft-touch,
one-finger ergonomic approach. This centrifuge has temperature range of -11 °C
to 40 °C and a FastTemp feature that allows for quick pre-cooling. A
condensation drain is built-in to eliminate water accumulation. You can program
the ECO shut-off to engage after 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours of non-use.
Please confirm the selected rotor meets your application needs and request a different rotor, if necessary. Available rotors can be found in our Rotor Compatibility Guide.
