Eppendorf 5333 MasterCycler Thermal Cycler
The Eppendorf 5333 MasterCycler Thermal Cycler is ideal for
quantitative PCR applications, meeting all of the latest requirements with its
outstanding speed and flexibility. The MasterCycler offers extremely fast
temperature ramping, short detection times, and intuitive assay programming,
which saves time to allow multiple accurate and reliable tests to be run per
day.
The Eppendorf 5333 temperature control is carried out with Peltier elements, which enable extremely rapid changes in temperature of up to 3 °C per second. This allows the temperature of the samples to be controlled extremely rapidly between 4 °C and 99 °C.
The block can hold both 0.2ml (capacity of 96) and
0.5ml (capacity of 77) tubes or a microtitre plate (capacity of one), with no
need to change blocks. The Eppendorf 5333 has a small footprint, which makes it
excellent for labs with little space.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory
specifications before being shipped.
The Eppendorf 5333 MasterCycler Thermal Cycler includes:
- > 96 Well Block
- > Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Report
- > Power Cord
- > Full 180 Day Parts and Labor Warranty
