The Crest P1100D-45 Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner w/ Power Control is a highly efficient cleaning solution featuring ceramically enhanced transducer technology with industrial bonded assembly. Operating at a frequency of 45 kHz, it ensures a homogenous sound field, energy distribution, and prevention of standing waves using frequency sweeping. The cleaner offers adjustable cleaning time or continuous operation and an adjustable bath temperature between 20°C and 80°C. The "D" model includes adjustable ultrasonic power in nine steps and a Degas function for consistent sample preparation. It features a deep-drawn stainless steel cleaning tank with rounded corners for easy cleaning and an intrinsically safe heater with dry-run protection. The unit also has a drain valve assembly for tanks with capacities of 2.5 gallons or higher.
