The Buchi R-300 Rotavapor System meets the highest expectations of convenience and versatility in rotary evaporation. The Buchi R-300 Rotavapor is paired with the Buchi V-300 Vacuum Pump, I-300 Interface, and the B-305 Water Bath to perform gentle and quick solvent distillations, solvent recycling, chemical purifications, and concentrations of suspensions and solutions. The R-300 is capable of processing volumes from 50mL up to 5L, and would feature a temperature range of 20°C to 220°C covering a broad range of possible applications. The Buchi R-300 Rotavapor System provides you with maximum convenience to conduct rotary evaporation in the lab. An electronic lift is featured to automatically lower or raise the flask out of the heating bath. This system can also easily be operated with features such as one-touch interface commands, fast flask handling with the Combi-Clip, options to manually adjust system parameters with intuitively placed buttons, and much more.

- Inspect the vapor duct seal and replace if compromised to maintain vacuum efficiency
- Verify and calibrate the vacuum controller for accurate pressure regulation
- Confirm all hoses and cables are securely fastened to prevent disconnections or leaks
- Check heat bath temperatures against settings to ensure precise thermal control
- Confirm the final system vacuum level meets manufacturer specifications
- Ensure cosmetic condition meets standards, with no damage impacting function or appearance
