Buchi R-100 Rotavapor System with Chiller
The Buchi R-100 Rotavapor System with Chiller is an advanced solution for high-speed, single-stage distillations with minimal stress on samples. It includes the versatile Buchi B-100 Heating Bath, which offers digital temperature control from 20°C to 95°C and a 4L capacity. The system’s modular design allows for customization with various glassware assemblies, enhancing its adaptability for different laboratory needs. Key features of the R-100 Rotavapor include a rotation speed range of 20 to 280 rpm and a pressure tolerance of up to 6 bar on the condenser coil. The accompanying V-100 Vacuum Pump delivers impressive performance with a final vacuum of less than 10 mbar and a pumping volume of 1.5 m³/h, along with a power consumption of 150W. This pump, combined with the system's multifunctional valve unit, ensures precise vacuum control and efficient operation.
The system is also equipped with the Buchi I-100 Interface, enhancing vacuum control and monitoring with a measurement range of 0 to 1,400 mbar and accuracy of ± 2 mbar post-calibration. It features automatic hysteresis adjustment or manual setting from 1 to 500 mbar, with a regulating range of 0 to 1,100 mbar, and consumes 30W of power. To complement the Rotavapor system, the Brand-New Polyscience LM61GX1A110C LM6 Chiller, 560W provides reliable cooling with a temperature range of -10°C to 40°C and accuracy of ± 0.5K. It offers a cooling capacity of 350W and a maximum flow rate of 9L/min (2.67 gpm).
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
