The Biotage TurboVap LV Evaporator is a high speed, small volume sample concentrator. It is an efficient alternative to the inconvenient setup, constant monitoring and long evaporation times that are characteristic of conventional techniques - with the added convenience of unattended, automatic operation. The TurboVap LV offers many interchangeable tube racks for the flexibility for automated low volume sample preparation ranging in volumes size from 1.5 mL to 60 mL. The TurboVap LV is ten times faster than centrifugal evaporators, three times faster than hot blocks, and two times faster than conventional N2 blow down. Choice of tube rack for 1.5/2.0ml vials, 1.5/2.0ml flip cap tubes, 9ml tubes, 12ml tubes, 15ml conical tubes, or 25ml tubes are available. The TurboVap LV is commonly used for evaporation of solvents following solid phase extraction clean-up of drug samples or pesticide extracts. All of our equipment will be fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.

- Confirm fuse holder is secured firmly, preventing movement or disconnection
- Inspect glass window for any cracks or chips, maintaining structural integrity and visibility
- Assess power-up diagnostics, display, and push wheel buttons for full functionality
- Ensure pressure gauge and regulator are operating accurately and within specified ranges
- Test and align all nozzle manifolds, clearing any blockages to optimize spray performance
- Check all tubing for leaks, confirming secure attachment to manifolds to prevent pressure loss
- Verify all control panel connections are secure, with no frayed or torn wiring that could impact safety
- Confirm fan operation to maintain appropriate internal cooling, replacing if performance is inadequate
- Test evaporative cooling functionality, ensuring performance below ambient temperature
- Test heating bath accuracy, confirming precise temperature alignment with set points
- Verify PSI stability, confirming that pressure is steady and adjustable as needed
- Ensure cosmetic condition is within standards, free from damage impacting function or appearance
