The Biorad MyCycler Thermal Cycler, 115V, is a sleek 96-well PCR system with a gradient feature used for gene amplification. This compact thermal cycler features intuitive programming of temperatures, times, and protocols with ready-made templates for ease of viewing, editing, and running protocols. Program protocols with as many as 9 cycles with 9 steps each and repeats up to 99 times per cycle. The MyCycler’s self-adjusting heated lid maintains accurate temperature and accommodates standard 0.2 ml thin-wall PCR tubes, strips, and plates. Temperature monitoring and control can be performed either via algorithm, which uses the experimentally derived sample temperature given specific sample volume, or block, which uses the actual sample block temperature. The Biorad MyCycler employs multiple built-in utilities, such as self-diagnostics and storage of detailed run and validation reports, for optimal performance for PCR and other thermal cycling techniques.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
The Biorad MyCycler Thermal Cycler includes:
- > 96 Well Alpha Block
- > Power Cord
- > Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Report
- > Operator's Manual
- > Full 180 Day Parts and Labor Warranty
