BioTek Synergy LX Multi-Mode Microplate Reader (FLD/Lumi)
The BioTek Synergy LX Multi-Mode Microplate Reader (FLD/Lumi) economically automates many common microplate assays. The high-quality optical design ensures excellent data in fluorescence and luminescence detection modes. Fluorescence and luminescence measurements are made with filter-based optics for optimal sensitivity and direct detection to prevent light loss resulting in outstanding accuracy. The broad wavelength ranges enable many common assays including nucleic acid and protein quantification, ELISA, BCA, Bradford and cell viability. Easily accessible assay specific filter cubes make running different assays quick and effortless, and with the Gen5 Software included, the Synergy LX is certainly a versatile assay workstation. The Gen5 software also allows for read modes including: endpoint, kinetic, area scanning, and absorbance spectral scanning, along with support for BioCell, Take3 Trio, and 60-, 72-, and 96-well Terasaki plates. Gen5 also offers extensive data analysis and reporting and exporting capabilities.
