- Install new waste and buffer bottles to ensure proper fluid containment and system functionality.
- Integrate a new pump into the system, verifying compatibility and secure connections.
- Verify that the power supply and PCB output the correct voltages for reliable component operation.
- Conduct a self-test on the microplate washer, evaluating all operational parameters.
- Inspect the X-axis motor belt for signs of wear, such as tears, frays, or breakages, replacing if necessary.
- Examine dispense and aspirate tubes for any damage that could affect fluid flow accuracy.
- Confirm internal pump functionality, replacing seals as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Inspect all internal wiring for frays, tears, or breakages, addressing any faults for electrical safety.
- Verify functionality of all internal and external sensors, ensuring accurate readings across the unit.
- Disinfect the unit using an appropriate disinfection cycle to ensure sterility and safety.
- Check that residual aspiration levels are within the manufacturer’s specified limits for accuracy.
- Conduct a final cosmetic inspection to verify that all external surfaces meet appearance standards.
