The Beckman Coulter X-12 Centrifuge is ideal for simplifying separation processes and saving time whether harvesting cells or separating blood components. The X-12 offers speeds up to 10,200 RPM with a maximum RCF of 11,400 x g. Featuring 10 acceleration and 11 deceleration profiles, as well as 10 user-defined programs, time options, toggling between display modes, RPM and RCF set, and auto rotor recognition, the Allegra X-12 offers robust flexibility for a variety of uses in the lab.
This rotor reaches a maximum speed of 3,750 RPM.
Applications include: routine processing, such as sample preparations, concentrations, receptor binding, extractions, pelleting, phase separations, purifications, and column centrifugations; cell isolation; biding studies and separation of whole blood; processing large numbers of small-volume samples in multiwell plates for concentrating tissue-culture cells, receptor binding, in-vitro cytotoxicity studies, cloning and replicate studies, and genetic engineering experimentation; and rapid sedimentation of protein precipitates, cell debris, and large particles.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
Please confirm this rotor meets your application needs and request a different rotor, if necessary. Available rotors can be found in our Rotor Compatibility Guide.
