Beckman Allegra 25R Refrigerated Centrifuge

The Beckman Allegra 25R Refrigerated Centrifuge is a complete solution for cell separation, DNA isolation/purification, and post-reaction cleanup. The Allegra 25R is compatible with a variety of rotors with capacities of 0.25 to 500 mL per tube in addition to microtiter, deep-well plates, and DNA kits. With its "cells to wells" accommodation, the Allegra 25R offers maintenance-free induction drive and an auto interlock system for safe and reliable operation. It also offers a magnetic rotor ID for precise performance and a CFC-free refrigerant system to protect the integrity of your samples from 2°C to 40°C.

Applications include: routine processing, such as sample preparations, pelleting, extractions, purifications, concentrations, phase separations, receptor binding, and column centrifugations; processing large numbers of small-volume samples in multi-well plates for concentrating tissue-culture cells, cloning and replicate studies, in-vitro cytotoxicity studies, receptor binding, and genetic engineering experimentation; rapid sedimentation of protein precipitates, large particles, and cell debris; binding studies and separation of whole blood; and cell isolation.
