Agilent 1260 Infinity I G1364B Preparative-Scale Fraction Collector
The Agilent 1260 Infinity I G1364B Preparative-Scale Fraction Collector is designed for semipreparative-scale purification tasks, efficiently handling milligram to low gram quantities. This advanced collector supports a maximum flow rate of 100 mL/min and offers two collection modes, including discrete fractions and continuous flow. It integrates smoothly with numerous trigger sources. Equipped with a 3/2 diverter valve featuring a low internal volume of 15 ul and a quick switching time under 100 ms, it ensures minimal delay and high precision.
The maximum capacity can easily be enhanced by clustering up to three modules simultaneously through a 12-position, 13-port selector valve. Additionally, it offers cooling options when paired with the G1330B for enhanced performance, depending on the collected fraction's volume and ambient conditions. The collector includes a tray that holds 215 test tubes, with an OD of 12 mm and maximum height of 48 mm. Its delay calibration is managed by a single wavelength absorbance detector operating at 654 nm, ensuring accurate and reliable operation. This model supports multiple trigger modes such as time slices, peak detection, timetable, and manual triggers, making it a flexible choice for a variety of laboratory settings.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
