The BioTek Synergy H4 Hybrid Multi-Mode Microplate Reader is a compact, advanced multi-detection system built with patented Hybrid Technology, melding monochromator-based and filter-based fluorescence detection systems. This unique combination offers unparalleled sensitivity and versatility, accommodating a wide array of microplate-based assays both for present and future requirements. Key features include a broad spectrum of detection modes such as Fluorescence Intensity, Time-Resolved Fluorescence, Luminescence, UV-Visible Absorbance, and more. Additionally, its modular and upgradeable architecture allows for cost-effective customization, ensuring it meets evolving laboratory needs.
At its core, the Synergy H4 houses a quadruple mono system with two double-grating monochromators, facilitating superior spectral scanning performance and flexibility. The variable bandpass selection further enhances the system's performance. On the other hand, the filter/mirror system of the Synergy H4 optimizes energy delivery to the sample, ensuring high signal-to-noise ratios, faster read speeds, and precise control over optical parameters. The unit's compatibility with the Take3 Plate also enables low-volume nucleic acid quantification, making the Synergy H4 an invaluable tool for achieving precise and efficient results in a variety of biochemical assays.
